All content, materials, and features available on the App—including but not limited to text, graphics, software, images, audio, video, and their selection and arrangement—are the exclusive property of the Company and protected under Malaysian copyright laws and international treaties. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Registration & Security
- You warrant that all information provided during registration (including but not limited to your name, telephone number, and email address) is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). The Company shall not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard such information.
- You must promptly notify the Company of any suspected security breaches or unauthorized account activity.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Use the App for unlawful purposes or in a manner that violates applicable laws.
- Engage in activities that may harm the Company’s reputation, disrupt service, or infringe upon third-party rights.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension, termination, or legal action at the Company’s discretion.
Disclaimer of Liability
The Company disclaims all liability for:
- Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages (including lost profits, data, or business opportunities).
- Service interruptions, errors, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control.
Your use of the App is at your sole risk. We provide no warranties, express or implied, beyond those mandated by Malaysian law.
